HAMILTON is playing through September 8, 2019 and plans to stay here as long as San Francisco demands.
Tickets are available online through hamilton.shnsf.com, the SHN Orpheum Box Office, and Vivid Seats, the Official Reseller Marketplace of SHN/Venues.
There is an eight (8) ticket limit per household/account. All orders will be reviewed for duplicate accounts, bots or other means being used to circumvent the eight (8) ticket limit. Fraudulent ticket orders may be cancelled without notice.
Current prices range from $95 to $425. Prices include a $4 facility fee and per ticket fee. Prices are subject to change.
When our Queue It Virtual Waiting Room is not active you will be able to select your seats.

When Queue It Virtual Waiting Room is active, the ticketing system will assign you the best available seat(s) for your preferred performance/price zone at the time you purchase, regardless of whether you buy online or in person. Decide which performances and price levels meet your needs. Choose several options in case your first choice is not available when your turn to purchase arrives.
You will receive your tickets by email 10 days prior to your performance date, including Box Office purchases. All HAMILTON tickets will be delivered to the email address specified on your order. Please enable your inbox to receive emails from tickets@shnsf.com.
Any ticket not received, lost, stolen, or otherwise damaged will be held at Will Call under the account holder's name only. No change of name on orders. No exceptions. Will Call begins 2 hours prior to performance only. Photo ID matching the account holder's name must be presented to release tickets. If you require replacement tickets to be held at Will Call, please email tickets@shnsf.com.
If you search HAMILTON San Francisco, you will likely find many reseller sites advertising HAMILTON tickets at prices higher than those on our official site. Be aware of what website you are on before you make any purchase. hamilton.shnsf.com, the SHN Orpheum Theatre Box Office, and Vivid Seats, the Official Reseller Marketplace of SHN/Venues are the only official sources of HAMILTON tickets in San Francisco and if you purchase through other sources, we are not able to guarantee the validity of your seats.
When you buy from an unofficial source:
We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and, therefore, cannot guarantee admittance.
We cannot replace your tickets if they are lost or stolen.
We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations or other information.
We cannot issue a refund to you in case of an event cancellation.
The ticket limit is in place to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets for HAMILTON. Any and all transactions online or in-person that are detected to be bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than eight (8) tickets, or any action that indicates a purchase in excess of the eight-ticket limit may be canceled without consideration.

Partial View and Obstructed View seats are in locations that may have a partial or obstructed view of the full stage.

Yes, The Gilder Lehrman Institute is proud to partner with HAMILTON and The Rockefeller Foundation to offer a limited number of tickets to 10th and 11th grade students from Bay Area High Schools as part of the Hamilton Education Program. All orders placed with an international mailing address will be held at Will Call for pick-up 2 hours prior to the scheduled performance under the account holder's name only. No change of name on orders. No exceptions.
There is no waiting list for HAMILTON tickets.
All sales are final. Be sure to check the following information before completing your purchase: show title, day, date, time of performance, and number of tickets.
There are no discounts for HAMILTON.
Running time is 2 hours and 45 minutes, including intermission.
HAMILTON is recommended for ages 10+. The show contains some strong language. Anyone 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult attending the same performance. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the theatre. Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Casting for the tour reflects the same talent, attention to detail and high quality as the Broadway production. The San Francisco production is the And Peggy company. hamiltonmusical.com/san-francisco/cast
A coat check or storage area is unavailable at any of our theatres. All bags will be inspected upon arrival. Luggage, shopping bags and other large packages that will not fit comfortably with you at your seat will not be checked or allowed inside the theatre. For your convenience, please make other arrangements for these items before arriving. There will be no refunds or other accommodations for these issues. Do not leave your personal bags (purses, backpacks) unattended while in the theatre.
