Statement released by HAMILTON and SHN

The producers of HAMILTON and SHN are reviewing the events that brought an abrupt end to the performance in San Francisco on Friday, February 15 and resulted in alarm and confusion for the audience at the SHN Orpheum Theatre. Uncertainty in the auditorium about a medical emergency taking place near the end of the show spread quickly and prompted the upset. Along with SHN, the owners of the Orpheum, we remain dedicated to protecting the safety of our audiences and our own company members in every city where HAMILTON plays.

Patrons at the February 15th performance are in the process of being contacted and invited to return to see HAMILTON at the Orpheum.

The only authorized ticket sources for HAMILTON in San Francisco are hamilton.shnsf.com, the SHN Orpheum Theatre Box Office and Vivid Seats, the Official Reseller Marketplace of SHN/Venues. See Box Office Information below.

There is a eight (8) ticket limit per household/account for the engagement.

HAMILTON tickets will be delivered via email to the email address on your order 10 days prior to the scheduled performance date, including Box Office purchases. Please enable your Inbox to receive emails from tickets@shnsf.com.

Any tickets not received, lost, stolen or otherwise damaged tickets will be held at Will Call under the account holder's name only. No change of name of orders. No exceptions. Will Call begins 2 hours prior to performance only. Photo ID matching the account holder's name must be presented to release tickets.

All ticket purchases 4 days or less prior to the performance date will be held at Will Call under the account holder's name only. No change of name on orders. No exceptions. Any and all transactions that are detected to be bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than eight (8) tickets, or any action that indicates a purchase in excess of the eight (8) ticket limit will be cancelled without consideration.
